Meet the Staff at Dogs 2 Doors

All staff will present company ID upon arrival at you home, and we strongly advise you always ask for ID with anyone you have not met before.

At Dogs 2 Doors we think it’s important that you have some background knowledge on the staff who will be looking after your cherished family member or members.

Ian Rosewell

Founder of Dogs 2 Doors.

From a small child Ian was brought up with many different pets, ranging from gold fish, hamsters, chickens and his most beloved animal, dogs.

Ian has grown up in the Swindon area and after being successful at his GCSE, Ian went on to study BTEC sports science at Hartpury College in Gloucestershire, on obtaining a merit for his BTEC sports science diploma Ian went on to work for a few local companies such as David Lloyds, Spa 6 at the Four Pillars hotel and DW sports as a fitness instructor & lifeguard.

At the age of 19 Ian was offered the opportunity to live and work abroad as a scuba diving instructor, so he packed his bags and moved to Malta where he worked for 3 years, during that time missing his beloved dog Mac a west highland white terrier (Westie). After 3 years away, Ian returned to the UK where he started working for British airways, where he worked until 2012 the year his long standing friend and beloved family member Mac died aged 16.

With the love Ian has for dogs and with the death of his friend, he was prompted to start his own dog walking business to devote as much time and as much love as he could to the animals he loves more than anything in the world, so why not let that be your beloved family dog?
